How to Request a Home Visit

If you are too ill to come to surgery you can request a home visit. Please call the surgery before 10.30am and provide as much detail as possible to allow the doctors to plan their rounds and decide which cases need to be seen first.

If you wish to simply speak to the doctor over the phone, please contact reception and explain the nature of the call. Reception staff will then arrange a suitable time for you to speak to the doctor.
